Package managers used by Get new apps

WorkTool doesn’t include winget or Scoop. It uses winget, which comes with Windows, and sets up Scoop from its official GitHub organization on your PC. Apps installed through them come from their makers under their own licenses. The approach for the Scoop integration follows Rscoop (MIT); no Rscoop code is included.
